Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Potion
Restore a small amount of HP over time.

- Basic Info -
This build heavily relies on burst and AOE damage and is great to defend yourself and your goalzone from ganks. Do Area damage while healing your already crippled teammates.
- Held/Battle Items -
Choice Specs: This increases the damage of the your moves so you can fend off enemies quicker.
Shell Bell: When you attack, you heal! A must have if you're trying to stay alive while attacking
Focus Band: With the defense boost and healing, you'll be bulkier and get a quick heal
Potion: I always use this but it can be replaced with X speed or Slow Smoke
