After taking a certain amount of damage, deals Percent Damage to nearby opponents.

Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Works Well With
Eldegloss can help with healing when hp is low.
Pikachu's electro web can stun/trap opponents, Giving charizard the chance to attack.
This build was created in the game version of 1.7.1.7. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
