Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Sp. Atk. Specs
Permanently increases Sp. Attack upon scoring a goal.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Fluffy Tail
Stuns nearby wild Pokémon, making them take more damage.
Stat Boosts
Sp. Attack (Upon Goal)

So the trick with this build is to score and stack damage, that way you can maximize your damage output.
The combo for this build is
Dream Eater > Shadow Ball > Dream Eater > Shadow Ball
The idea behind this build, sleep your foes with Dream Eater, throw out your Ball, and TP to your foe for damage, and it also lowers your cooldown for Shadow Ball, thus letting you use Shadow Ball again! It's an incredible combo that works quite well to unsuspecting victims.

Here's my Emblem Loadout as well, for Cooldown Reduction and Sp. Attack:
(Obviously different emblem qualities will change the outcome of the stats, but just use what you have until you can get mostly silver, and gold.)
