This is the Freddy of Gengar builds and prob the most common. Try to stack those special attack specks and get ahead and stay ahead, snowball style. Preferably have all held items powered to at least 20, better yet 30.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
