just play with your enemy in lane, scoring in the face.
use surf & hydro pump for throw the objectives to your side, difficulting a possible theft of enemy team.
have a nice combo with your unite move:
Unite Move + Eject Button (with a right time), move the damage to out of your range, suprising the enemys who thought they were safe.
(NOTE: NEVER just try do a goal when they two enemys are in lane, bait the enemy skills and when stay in CD, score, since auto-attacks won't break your shield)
knowing how to abuse the focus band and buddy barrier is very important too
