FIRST PICK
Swift is a very good cleaner move to kill Jungle things, but if your diving early, take Baby-Doll Eyes instead
FIRST UPGRADE
Hyper Voice is part of the build, great damage over time, and pairs well with the rest of the build, you will see.
SECOND UPGRADE
Calm Mind is a move that pairs well with Hyper Voice, just by the fact that it gives additional Sp.Atk, it also gives Sp.Def. When upgraded, you can block one move, it also gives a shield when used, it's very situational or not, if you know what I mean !
UNITE MOVE
Fairy Frolic is a very good unite move to use with other items like the Shell Bell, in this build, it's just a way to evade some attacks, because it gives invincibility, it also has vamp so it's good to use in team fights I guess.
ITEMS
The Choice Specs gives more damages, if you have a lot of Spe.Atk will result in having more damage, that's where the Wise Glasses and the Sp. Atk. Specs comes in action, because with that much Sp. Atk, this build is lucrative I think.
The X Attack is just for upgrading your damage overhaul, and kill everything with Hyper Voice, you can always take the Escape Button if you want to have more mobility to escape things.
