I will always put this endurance-lacking front-liner in D, but if I made a tier list based on how fun to use the Pokemon is, this would be an easy S. You see so many tier lists with Pikachu high up on them because, it's even fun to use when you're LOSING. In my opinion, here is the most fun to use set.
Electroweb is actually useful, which is why I set it as a support set. Then, it's just generally satisfying to see Electro Ball hit hard while your opponents are running in terror. The thing is, Pikachu's Volt Tackle and Electro Ball forces it on the front lines, which is bad, just like it's endurance. (Cramorant has double Pikachu's endurance:) ) Pikachu needs to get it's hands dirty to hit it's attacks. Gardevoir is like Pikachu, except it's moveset lets it might from the sidelines, which is much more useful. Also, Thunder and Thunderbolt aren't fun nor strong. So, that's out of the picture. But in the end, Pikachu can still hit hard, and this adorable, overrated mouse is the most fun you can have playing the game.
Works Well With
Pikachu can fight from the sidelines to a very small extent with this defender shielding it and blasting opponents away.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
