Blastoise build. I've used this before and I love it. Can be used to carry teammates with 10 IQ and it's better than Rapid Spout.
MOVES
You first take water gun (skull bash if jungling to dash through the wall).
Reach Level 5 as fast as possible since it's your first powerspike, Hydro Pump! Hydro Pump is like Water Gun, but wider and stronger. Slam people into walls, push the enemy toward your team for you guys to have dinner tonight, defend goal zones, etc. This move is great.
Woop Woop! It's Level 7!
Surf is like Hydro Pump, but wider, stronger, even more pushy, stun and longer range. Everything good on Hydro Pump is on Surf too.
ITEMS
Heyyyyyy your buddy score shield is here. Must be childhood friends huh. I don't even need to explain all you need to know is that ult shield + buddy barrier shield + score shield = SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH
Focus Band to live. Not much more to say.
Buddy Barrier. Ok
Other Options:

STRATEGY
LANE
Obviously, as a laner you would want as much farm as possible so you're gonna take more.
(if you take your jungler's lillipup, crab or buff, you're practically throwing the game. Big no no. Don't do that).
Funnily enough, Squirtle's early game kit is the best to snag farm from the enemy.
Skull bash in, water gun the wild audino, monke, crab, whatever to your side of the field and since water gun has a massive push if you are shooting it directly next to the wild pokemon, you practically almost guarantee that that enemy farm for your teammates and you.
JUNGLING
Skull Bash through the wall to get to the jungle faster. It's faster than walking around and not wasting an eject button.
Other than that, there's not much more i can say.
Tips in General (because I see people not acknowledge it):
Drednaw Debuff is gone: you can take every dred now.
Go to Drednaw: if you don't do this, wow, you'll never get to masters.
Know the time spawns for wild pokemon: Example: 9:00 back crabs, 8:50 bees, 8:40-45 mid crabs, etc.

Tips for Blastoise:
Play aggresive, know the limits of your bulk, use your surf and hydro pump to help teammates in trouble.
Works Well With
Supporter Healer.
Blast can position the enemy for cram.
Blast can position the enemy for cinder.
