Hyper Voice
Increased damage at a range and with consecutive hits. (+) Shoot one additional wave.
Calm Mind
Increase Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Movement Speed. (+) Blocks one move. Shield.
Fairy FrolicUNITE
Invincible. AOE Damage. Heal. HP Vamp.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

(This Pokemon is no longer overpowered. It is not top tier but is still pretty strong. Calm Mind and Hyper Voice in my opinion is still the best moveset. Good luck kiting people.)
Sylveon is an attacker but somehow has decent endurance..
This build is about Sylveon being an assassin and here's how.
STRATEGY
Start with Swift because it does a lot more damage and clear your jungle. You'd reach Level 5 and evolve into Sylveon at Level 4, then learn Hyper Voice. Hyper Voice is crazily good because the farther you are the more damage it does, it also helps you clear jungles really fast and this prevents you from being attacker by Melee Pokemon. You get your next move at Level 6, which is Calm Mind. Use Calm Mind before getting in a team fight, the use Hyper Voice with range to kill your opponents, The best thing about Sylveon is she gets her Unite Move at Level 8, right before Drednaw even if you don't bring her to the jungle. And what do you do? You destroy them before they get THEIR Unite Move.
Calm Mind+ boosts your Sp. Atk, Sp. Def and MOVEMENT SPEED, and it blocks one move! So if you see like a Talonflame Brave Bird (Fly) or Zeraora Unite Move coming, you just Calm Mind and take 0 damage! It's really overpowered.
ARE OTHER BUILDS BAD?
The other build, Mystical Fire and Draining Kiss is good but I personally like this build a lot better. Buddy Barrier because I don't need to explain why, Choice Specs because it increases your damage and Sp. Atk stat, and Wise Glasses because it increases your special attacks and all of your moves are special attacks.

same with snorlax but sing and double slap to do damage while they can't escape
