Supporters are supposed to use exp share and let their teammates last hit every Pokémon. But in solo queue, this is nearly impossible, and even with a coordinated team things can and do go wrong. This build will help you support your teammates exp-wise.

Try to evolve into Eldegoss quickly. This shouldn’t be too difficult as long as your teammate doesn’t last hit every Pokémon. Once you have Pollen Puff, head to the bushes. From there, you will be able to steal exp by using Pollen Puffs very long range. Once they realize what you’ve done, make a quick escape back to your own side. Unless you are fighting a Pokémon with very good pursuit, your range and speed should let you escape. Eject button is for escaping emergencies and should guarantee escape if you leave soon enough

Leaf tornado can also be used for this purpose, but I think pollen puff is slightly better because it can be used for the bees to kill multiple at once, plus you can throw it in front of yourself while running to heal. This exp stealing tactic does take practice, so try it with the AI in the practice arena, and switch to leaf tornado if you are struggling.

Use cotton guard to heal your teammates (who should be overleveled by this point) when defending and when pushing lanes. Cotton cloud crash should basically be used when you are about to die and your teammates need extra healing. This build is a junglers best friend because usually the opponents will eventually chase you all the way to your goal. So, be the junglers best friend, and let them (and your lane mate) know when to surprise attack.

This exp stealing works best on wild Pokémon, but can steal objectives - with help - as well. It’s not exactly like Crustle’s stealth rock (you can’t solo steal), but can still easily give your team the advantage in stealing Drednaw or Zapdos.

Sometimes, however, this strategy starts to fail. If you notice that the opponents start to get ahead in levels, or they start to check the bushes frequently, or you break the first goal, revert to a normal Eldegoss strategy and stick to your lane partner.

Buddy Barrier and Focus Band are essential. Float stone can help because of how much you’ll be traveling over the whole bottom lane, but a special attack item or even score shield or assault vest can really help.
