Guide
FIRST PICK
Skull Bash is a very good move, wich stun and deals good damage (stun in this game is long enough for kills to be made by your allies, or just your Jungler)
FIRST UPGRADE
Water Spout is kinda like Venusaur Sludge Bomb, very good for trapping opponents into this AOE and make your allies also benefit from it
SECOND UPGRADE
Rapid Spin is kinda the whole point of this build, when you have the upgrade of this move, it gives additional defense when you enter the shell, so it's really really hard to kill you (or finish you with auto-attacks)
UNITE MOVE
Hydro Typhoon (HT) is a very good UNITE MOVE that covers a great area, and deals a lot of damage, combined with any of his attacks, it becomes a great kill confirm (also busted in teams battles)
ITEMS
The Focus Band is a good choice of an item, it gives some defense, and when your HP is low, you recovers HP gradually, which pairs good with the other items
The Assault Vest is necessary to not die from any impact, like Zeraora UNITE or things like that, wich gives you a lot of endurence in any battles
The Rocky Helmet pairs well with the previously said items, the more time they take kill you, the more time they get damage from the Rocky Helmet
The Eject Button is always a great choice, to flee or just rush an opponent, that's the meta actually.

Works Well With
Good defensives pokemon could be a choice to safe a lane completly in any cases :)
