Build Path
Will-O-WispFirst Pick
Damage. Burn.
Hex
AOE damage, increased against poisoned targets.
Sludge Bomb
Phantom AmbushUNITE
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Then: AOE damage. Slow.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Sp. Atk. Specs
Permanently increases Sp. Attack upon scoring a goal.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Sp. Attack (Upon Goal)
Guide
This is an any lane build so you can go where ever you feel like.
Most preferably would be Jungle.
Hex and sludge bomb are classified as special attacks so that's why it's Wise Glasses and both Specs.
will o wisp as your first attack because the chip damage helps you clear faster.
sludge bomb because you need it to spam hex.
and of course at lvl 7 you are picking hex. its an absolute nuts move that you can easily spam if you pick up a chain on the enemy.
Note: Even after the 1.2.1.5 patch, HexGar is still useable. I played some games and I crushedddddd. The only difference is that now the items are the 3 glasses
Works Well With
eldegoss provides great support for gengar as cotton guard can shield gengar as it continues it's nonstop onslaught. pollen puff heals gengar too so that gengar is gonna be as hard to kill as 5 snorlax if used properly.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
