spoon ignores sp.def so the shred from hyper voice makes spoon have less value apparently, so here we have a curse incense instead to spread anti heal stuff, wise and choice are fairly self explanatory and it's not easy to get stacks as sylveon so probably not. for emblems im too lazy to add a set but use 6 green + 6 white. sylveon is pretty bulky for an attacker and it doesn't need too much cooldown reduction with hyper voice, so go with that 6 white to live longer. x speed to keep the enemy in the sweet spot and deal damage. his unite is very cool, dodges stuff and heals about 50% (i think) of the damage you do.
