Guide

Resonant Guard still isn't an option on this site. Come on, guys, fix this. It's been 2 months.

Choose Bubble first for its much higher power and AOE damage. Use it to attack the first Bunnelby, then again to attack the group of 2.
Here, you have 2 choices: try and get the Baltoy in the middle, or push for stacks. Stacking Aeos Cookie early can be monumental, especially since Resonant Guard's shield is given based on your max HP, and both yours and your ally's shields are determined by your max HP. However, levels are also extremely important, especially for Goodra. Plus, even if you do get the Baltoy, you may be able to push for a single stack with the help of X Speed.
At this point, play defensively until birds at 8:50. This first set of birds is the most important. If you fail to get them, you will start the match behind in levels and you will struggle the whole game, especially since Goodra is really bad when underleveled.
The most important thing to make sure you're not doing in the early game is feeding your opponents. Don't charge in or push for stacks if you're just gonna die. A single stack in exchange for a KO is not worth the XP you're handing your opponents on a silver platter. The best way to stack is by winning battles.

Now that I'm finally done explaining the early game, you now have Muddy Water. In my previous Goodra build, this was your main source of offense. Here, it will be your main source of defense.
Muddy Water, when hitting any target, their entire damage output is reduced by 10% for 3s. Plus, when Muddy Water hits an opposing Pokémon, Goodra gets a defensive buff that equal to 5 x (Level - 1) + 60. This lasts for 2 seconds. If Muddy Water is used again within 6 seconds, you get this defensive buff again, but twice as strong this time. This buff can stack up to 4 times, and it will end up nearly doubling your defense stats. On top of the 10% damage reduction on opponents, this is huge. You can also utilize X Speed and Power Whip when you get it to help make sure your Muddy Waters hit.

Buddy Barrier is special for Goodra because its Unite Move already grants healing. Basically, it just gives Goodra more time to heal up before the shield breaks and Goodra takes more damage, as opposed to just dying on the spot and wasting a Unite.
Alternatively, you can use Slick Spoon for higher damage. I decided to leave it out because Buddy Barrier has a higher passive max HP boost, and I wanted that over the damage.

This build works best with black boost emblems for cooldown reduction, centered around Muddy Water. I also tried to put in as many white and green emblems as I could.
Do not reduce HP. Movement speed is also sort of important.
