Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.

Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

There doesn't really need to be a guide cause all you have to do is just attach to an ally Pokémon and make sure to heal it and strike back.
Side note: If you can use Flowery fields forever to activate the buddy barrier.
Works Well With
Comfey is good with every Pokémon so it doesn't matter who you're with.
Comfey is not just good with absol I just wanted to use absol cause it's first in the alphabet.
