How do I upgrade items in Pokemon Unite?

Once you reach trainer level 9, you may upgrade your items in the Items screen. You can access the Items screen from the Battle Preparation menu. You will need to obtain Item Upgrade Kits from the Item Store for 10 tickets each, or via rewards. Once in the Item screen, spend your Item Upgrade Kits to increase each item by one level, up to level 20. Consider looking at popular builds for your favorite Pokemon and reading through our item guide before spending valuable Upgrade Kits.
