This is the best Gengar jungling build, as it includes elements of sustain with life-steal to survive, and keep dishing out Massive amounts of burst damage and rack up kills as a Jungler.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
