We open with Electroweb to be able to lock in those early wild Pokemon kills. It also facilitates easy KOs when the enemy overextends.
Electroball comes next. With this move you can stun Pokemon in a given area, it deals more damage the less HP a Pokemon has.
Thunderbolt is our last move before our Unite move. With it we can affect a large area with lightning strikes and cause even more stuns. I find it beat to use this ability in team fights.
Our Unite ability here is Thunderstorm. This move creates a large storm that follows Pikachu wherever he moves, blasting enemy Pokemon in its area of affect. Pikachus speed is also raised, making this move great for chasing down weak Pokemon and finishing them off.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
