General Advice + Combos From Master Lucario OTP
Build Path
Meteor MashFirst Pick
Damage. Displacement.
Power-Up Punch
Damage. While charging: Defense up. Fully charged: Assassinate. Then: Attack boost (on-hit). (+)Spellproof while charging.
Bone Rush
Damage. Displace. Then: Teleport and damage. (+)Resets cooldowns of other moves.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Score Shield
Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

In lane u can use quick attack to get behind enemies and then use meteor smash to push them towards an unfavorable position;
This is going to be a standard thing to do if you plan to play the early game aggressive with focus band + lucarios passive he's able to fight for a long time in those early lvl 3-4 skirmishes and surprise people especially in lower ranks.
Level 5 turns Lucario into an insane threat for nearly every non-defender. at this point, you are able to contest every lane minion and threaten lethal if the enemy attacker(s) move past certain parts of the lane.
Level 7 you unlock bone rush, this skill will not only allow you to stick to enemies or escape but also setup short trades or steal minions example: bone rush towards a brush behind you charge up your punch, and go in to deal damage to an opponent or steal a minion and after that immediately reactivate the bone rush to get back to safety.
With level 9 you unlock Aura Cannon witch allows you to turn a lot of fights into your favor and also demolish squishy pokemon in seconds. When it comes to the usage though save it for fights around objectives like dreadnaw or zapdos and not for silly 1v1/2v2s, your goal in those fights is going to be to snipe the enemy carry and then rush them with a power-up punch witch will deal increased damage after your unite move.
Level 13 you get the Bone Rush upgrade. at this point, you can threaten lethal on every non-defender and you're able to become a real nightmare for less mobile pokemon;
(Power-Up Punch = PUP , Bone Rush = BR , Aura Cannon = AR
Auto Attack = AA)
Standard Combo(pre-13): PUP -> AA > BR > AA > AA > PUP > AAS
Standard Unite Combo (pre-13) : AR > PUP > AA > BR > PUP > BR/AA > BR/AA.
FAST KILL COMBO : AR > PUP+Eject button> AA>BR>PUP
(Use the eject button the moment u let go of your PUP and aim it on your target this will cancel the animation and immediately damage them leaving them little time to react)
