Guide
[Scoring build] In the early game you can easily stack up buffs. With a score of 10 or less, you can always score and enemies can't do anything about it because of your scoring shield. oppositely having a high amount of points with goal getter and score shield combo [Eldegoss also had a very high amount of base HP] you can successfully score big goals much more often [also in situations when otherwise you just can't do that] and provide your team to leading over the enemy because of that.
Cookie which increases your survivability [also buffs shield when you scoring] and sustain allowing you to spam skills and stay alive longer. On other hand, we have specs which increased your sp.atk but more importantly, your healing output which actually scales from your sp.atk and having synergy with your 2 other held items and your gameplay style focusing on scoring. You also can choose buddy barrier/energy amplifier/exp. share[only if you're playing in a party and/or knowing what you need to do to get an advantage from exp share] over specs.
[moves]: if you're playing in a party or people with communication or knowing what they do feel free to pick pollen poof over leaf tornado. leaf tornado is just overall better in solo queue imo alongside allowing you to score more easily in early game and moving fast around lanes in mid game. also, leaf tornado+ is better in a late game than pollen puff+ this all gives more viability to pick leaf tornado over pollen puff. Cotton spore is just worse pick over cotton guard in almost any case.
[battle items]: as i mentioned before and in a build path goal getter/eject button are the best items in most situations. rare picks: slow smoke/fluffy tail if you're playing with a team and want to support them with these items to get an advantage, it can be solid picks, but strongly do not recommend taking these when playing solo or not having strategy usage with them in a party. About potion, it's just worse than eject button/goal getter. but if you still somewhy want to carry one, it's allowing you to score in early game more safely. Other battle items: just no.
